Zephyr Interior Design Academy is an accredited interior design training institution with campuses in Abuja and Port Harcourt. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Academic Coordinator Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time, on site Reports to: Managing Director Summary We are recruiting an Academic Coordinator to take full ownership of academic delivery across our programmes. The Role You will be responsible for everything academic from the point a student enrols to the point they are certified. This includes: Building and publishing class timetables across both campuses Coordinating facilitator schedules, confirming delivery and following up weekly Issuing assignment briefs, tracking submissions and ensuring marked work is returned on time Maintaining accurate student records, attendance and results Preparing certification lists and managing the certificate register Reporting weekly on academic delivery. You Should Have A First Degree or HND At least two years in academic administration, school administration or training coordination Strong written English Confidence with Google Sheets, Forms, Drive and Calendar A record of following through and holding others to deadlines.
